I call this s scam and if I lost my money I hope I can at least save someone else from making the same mistake. True that Viber itself is a useless app with this shady policy of not allowing for a normal data transfer when switching phones and platforms (unlike Whatsapp for example which makes it easy peasy via Smart Switch), but it's really unfair for someone to charge so much for a licence that doesn't do anything and then isn't even willing to offer a refund for it. The company selling this crappy licence is also not responsive so don't expect to get your money back when your transfer doesn't work. It's overly complicated and I've tried following the instructions a hundred times but then just gave up because it would just back up some bits of historic data but far from everything so literally almost all my Viber data eventually got lost.
